Garment remodelling with a careful eye

Our studio in Škofja Loka helps customers update garments with clear planning and careful workmanship. From fit adjustments to redesign concepts, we review each piece before quoting and agree on the scope before work begins.

We often work with vintage clothing, garments with sentimental value, and pieces that can be reworked into something more wearable. When suitable, we also review customer-supplied materials and discuss the limits of the original fabric and construction.

At collection, we review the finished piece again so final details can be checked on the garment. This supports a careful handover and a neat result.

Loka Stitch was founded in 2018 with a simple idea: useful clothing should last longer, and special garments should be handled with care. That approach shapes every consultation, from the first inquiry to final collection.

Our process starts with a garment and material assessment, followed by a redesign consultation and a clear quote. For remodelling projects, concept approval comes before additional work, so the finished piece stays aligned with the agreed plan.

We also check the garment again at collection and handle small final adjustments carefully when needed. This keeps the process practical, transparent, and focused on the piece itself.
