Ask a questionHow long does a redesign take?
Turnaround depends on the garment, the work involved, and workshop capacity. For redesign projects, the usual estimate is 10 to 20 business days after approval.
Can I visit the workshop without booking?
Yes. We accept inquiries by phone, email, contact form, or workshop visit during opening hours.
Do you use my own materials?
We can review customer-supplied materials, but availability of matching thread, trims, or other parts is confirmed during assessment and quoted separately when needed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept card, bank transfer, and cash on collection.
